A stunning night begins after a beautiful day. Loch Lomond lies on the Highland Boundary Fault, the boundary between the Scottish Highlands and the Central Lowlands. It is the largest lake (by surface area) in Great Britain and in some areas is as deep as 190 meters (620 feet).
