Sabda Alam in Bahasa Indonesia means Call of Nature. This image was taken at my hometown, Amuntai, South Borneo, Indonesia.
Really a beginner for birding photography, I got this shot after having a long ride looking for a human interest photo. When I saw a bird crossing in front of me, I just took continous shots. Lucky me, I got one shot like this.
The Little Egret (Egretta garzetta) is a small white heron, very similar to the Snowy Egret of the New World. The diet of the Little Egret consists of insects, fish, amphibians, small reptiles, and crustaceans. They typically stalk their pray in shallow water, often waiting to ambush their unsuspecting dinner and sometimes also by disturbing small fish and aquatic prey by shuffling their feet through the bottom mud.
