It’s never easy for us to pick the honorable mention winners, but as always we’ve done our best!

Reflections Photography Challenge: Kelly

Kelly Guymon had a creative take on the challenge theme with this great shot taken in the mirror of a car!

This is El Capitan, just outside of Monument Valley, Arizona. I was driving a van and couldn’t get out, so I took this picture through the rear-view mirror. It was a stormy evening, as you can see the rain drops on the mirror.

Reflections Photography Challenge: Imelda

Spring has come to our neighborhood pond.  Completely frozen at winter time, the pond is  now completely thawed and teeming with life.  The geese and the gulls are back.  And so are the children and families who love the sight and sound these winged creatures make.

Imelda takes us to the local pond where these two mallard ducks were swimming, their reflections rippling in the water!

Reflections Photography Challenge: Elle

Elizabeth Turner takes us to another pond where this beautiful swan seems to be completely oblivious to his stunning reflection!

Jane Lurie reminds us why getting up before sunrise is a worthwhile experience, with this staggeringly beautiful shot that captures the reflection of the vibrant early morning colors along the shoreline!
